摘　　要：依托实际工程,详细阐述了PHC预应力管桩的工程特性,重点从施工准备、桩位放样、管桩存放、管桩吊装、接桩、终压等方面研究了PHC预应力管桩的施工技术要点,并强调要及时对施工质量进行检测,以保证软土地基处理效果。Based on the actual project,the engineering characteristics of PHC prestressed pipe pile are elaborated,and the key technical points of PHC prestressed pipe pile construction are studied from the aspects of construction preparation,pile location lofting,pipe pile storage,pipe pile lifting,pile connecting and final pressure,etc.It is emphasized that the construction quality should be tested in time to ensure the treatment effect of soft soil foundation.
