摘　　要：工程造价指标指数的应用是工程造价管理研究的重要内容。针对目前我国铁路工程造价指标指数体系研究比较匮乏的现状,本文以面向设计院生产为目标导向,构建铁路工程造价指标指数体系。首先根据铁路工程特点对造价指标指数的工程层级进行划分,然后从构建类型和构建层次两方面架构了指标指数框架体系,并从提高设计的角度出发提出了铁路工程造价信息库的建构方法。The application of engineering cost indicator and index is an important content in the research of engineering cost management.This paper aims to address the current lack of research on the indicator and index system of railway engineering cost in China,and constructs an indicator and index system for the railway engineering cost with a target orientation towards design institutes.Firstly,based on the characteristics of railway engineering,the engineering hierarchy of cost indicator and index is divided.Then,the framework system of indicator and index is constructed from two aspects:type and level of construction,and the method of constructing the railway engineering cost information library is proposed from the perspective of improving design.
