海外铁路工程项目报价中人工费分析计算方法探讨

摘　　要：介绍了国内外铁路工程项目报价中人工费的分析计算方法。作者通过介绍目前国内铁路工程项目人工费的分析计算方法,以及欧美跨国公司工程人工费的分析计算思路和方法及相关案例,对比国内外人工费计算方法的优缺点,最后提出适合国内企业采用的铁路项目直接费的分析计算方法和进一步优化的建议。本文对国内工程企业进行海外铁路工程项目投标报价和造价咨询工作具有一定的参考意义。This paper introduces the analysis and calculation method of labor cost in the quotation of domestic and abroad.The author introducs the analysis of the domestic railway engineering project labor calculation method,and the European and American multinational companies engineering labor cost calculation ideas and methods and related cases,compares the advantages and disadvantages of labor cost calculation method at domestic and abroad,finally proposes the railway project direct fee analysis calculation method and further optimization suggestions that suitable for domestic enterprises to adopt.This paper has certain reference significance for the bidding quotation and cost consultation of overseas railway projects.
