摘 要:为提高湖南某白钨矿浮选入选品位,降低生产成本,在破碎段采用X射线图像智能选矿机对原矿进行了抛废半工业分流试验研究,现场半工业分流试验取得了抛废率17.18%、抛废尾矿WO_(3)含量0.042%、作业回收率96.85%的良好效果。为考察抛废后指标变化情况,为后续研究提供技术支撑,对预抛前、后原矿开展浮选对比试验研究。试验结果表明,在预抛后原矿WO_(3)品位0.32%的情况下,试验获得WO_(3)品位为29.188%、回收率为85.78%的钨精矿,综合抛废作业WO_(3)总回收率为83.08%;预抛前原矿WO_(3)品位0.28%,试验获得WO_(3)品位为20.984%、回收率为83.32%的钨精矿,预抛后浮选钨精矿比预抛前WO_(3)品位高出8.204个百分点,总回收率相当。For the purpose of improving the flotation grade of a certain scheelite mine in Hunan and reduce production costs,a semi industrial experimental study was conducted on the raw ore with an X-ray image intelligent beneficiation machine in the crushing section.The on-site diversion semi industrial test achieved favorable results:with a waste disposal rate of 17.18%,a WO_(3)content of 0.042%in the waste tailings,and a recovery rate of 96.85%.To investigate the changes in indicators after waste disposal and provide technical support for subsequent research,comparative flotation experiments were conducted on the raw ore before and after pre disposal.The experimental results show that:with a WO_(3)grade of 0.32%in the pre throwing raw ore,a tungsten concentrate with a WO_(3)grade of 29.188%and a recovery rate of 85.78%was obtained.The total recovery rate of WO_(3)in the comprehensive throwing operation was 83.08%.Before pre polishing,the raw ore WO_(3)grade was 0.28%.The experiment obtained a tungsten concentrate with a WO_(3)grade of 20.984%and a recovery rate of 83.32%.The flotation tungsten concentrate after pre polishing was 8.204 percentage points higher than the WO_(3)grade before pre polishing,and the total recovery rate was equivalent.
