摘 要:针对超细晶WC-Co硬质合金的制备,WC晶粒生长抑制剂的运用尤为重要。本研究采用粉末冶金方法制备了超细WC-9%Co硬质合金,研究了Cr_(3)C_(2)和VC复合抑制剂对超细WC-9%Co硬质合金制备、微结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着复合抑制剂中VC的增加,即Cr_(3)C_(2)的减少,合金的晶粒尺寸、断裂韧性逐渐降低,矫顽磁力、钴磁逐渐升高,横向断裂强度则先增高后降低;同时,随着VC配比的增加到一定程度合金逐渐出现VC偏析现象。综合来看,WC-9%Co-0.5%Cr_(3)C_(2)-0.5%VC超细硬质合金表现出较优的综合物理性能(矫顽磁力38.9 kA/m、钴磁7.82%、密度14.44 cm^(3)/g)、力学性能(洛氏硬度94.0 HRA、维氏硬度2010 HV30、横向断裂强度4691 MPa)。For the preparation of ultrafine-grained WC-Co cemented carbide,the application of WC grain growth inhibitor is particularly important.In this study,ultrafine WC-9%Co cemented carbide was prepared by powder metallurgy method,and the effects of compound inhibitors of Cr_(3)C_(2)and VC on the preparation,microstructure and properties of ultrafine WC-9%Co cemented carbide were studied.The results show that with the increase of VC,that is,the decrease of Cr_(3)C_(2),the grain size and fracture toughness of the alloy gradually decrease,the coercivity and cobalt magnetism gradually increase,and the transverse fracture strength first increases and then decreases.At the same time,with the increase of VC ratio to a certain extent,the alloy gradually appears VC segregation phenomenon.On the whole,WC-9%Co-0.5%Cr_(3)C_(2)-0.5%VC ultrafine cemented carbide shows excellent comprehensive physical properties(coercivity 38.9 kA/m,cobalt magnetism 7.82%,density 14.44 cm^(3)/g),mechanical properties(Rockwell hardness 94.0 HRA,Vickers hardness 2010 HV30,transverse fracture strength.
