摘 要:硬质合金辊环具有高硬度、高耐磨性、高弹性模量及轧制产品负公差效应明显等显著优势,是未来辊环发展的重要方向。本文介绍了硬质合金辊环的历史、发展现状以及随着钢铁工业应用轧制新技术的背景下的发展趋势。在此基础上,论述了通过强化硬质相和粘结相提高辊环性能,引入智能制造实现对辊环服役的智能监控和控制以及应用新表面处理技术对报废辊环再利用来提高硬质合金辊环的性能及使用寿命,为硬质合金辊环的未来发展提供新思路。Cemented carbide roll rings enjoy significant advantages,including:high hardness,high wear resistance,high modulus of elasticity and obvious negative tolerance effect of rolled products.Therefore,they are considered as an important direction for the future development of roll rings.This paper introduces the history of carbide roll rings,the current status of development and the development trend with the application of new rolling technology in the iron and steel industry in the context of the development trend.The performance and service life of cemented carbide roller ring can be improved by strengthening hard phase and adhesive phase.Intelligent manufacturing is introduced to realize intelligent monitoring and control of the service of the roller ring.In addition,new surface treatment technology is applied to reuse the scrapped roller ring to improve the performance and service life of the cemented carbide roller ring.
