大都市地区新型城镇化发展现状、问题与对策——基于对青岛市辛安街道的调研与分析

摘　　要：相关调查显示,多数地区城镇化发展在现阶段暴露出经济发展不平衡、基础设施扁平化、社会治理矛盾突出等实际问题,尤其在大都市地区村镇。如何解决好上述城镇化问题已是大都市地区村镇未来发展的重要任务。文章以青岛市辛安街道这一典型案例为研究对象,通过马斯洛需求理论建构了居民满意度评价体系,系统性评估两类主要社区的发展现状,以揭示该地区新型城镇化主要问题,并提出相应的解决策略,以期为我国其他地区城镇化未来发展提供参考。Related surveys show that the urbanization development in most regions at the present stage has exposed many practical problems such as unbalanced economic development,flat infrastructure,and prominent social governance contradictions,especially in the villages and towns in metropolitan areas.How to solve the above urbanization problems has been an important task for the future development of villages and towns in metropolitan areas.This paper to the typical case of Qingdao Xin'an Street as the research object,through the Maslow's demand theory to construct the residents satisfaction evaluation system,the systematic assessment of the development of two main communities,in order to reveal the new urbanization in the region,and put forward the corresponding strategy,in order to provide reference for the future development of urbanization in other areas of our country.
