和合共生,与人为善——徐渭故里街区更新中的思考

摘　　要：随着城市化进程,历史街区更新也迫在眉睫,人们开始重视历史街区的保护与更新,越来越多学者对历史街区更新提出建议与策略。文章以徐渭故里历史街区为研究对象,基于平衡建筑“人本为先”理论提出“和合共生”思想,考虑徐渭故里中主要人群——老年人的行为心理特征,尝试提出徐渭故里的街区更新策略。With the process of urbanization,the renewal of historical districts is imminent.People begin to pay attention to the protection and renewal of historical districts.More and more scholars put forward suggestions and strategies for the renewal of historical districts.This paper takes the historical blocks of Xu Wei's hometown as the research object,puts forward the idea of"harmonious coexistence"based on the"people-oriented"theory of balanced architecture,considers the behavioral and psychological characteristics of the main population of the elderly in Xu Wei's hometown,and tries to propose a block renewal strategy in Xu Wei's hometown.
