摘　　要：文章以赣州市郁孤台历史街区为例,浅析赣州传统民居在现代生活环境下中的功能转变。从历史背景、旅游开发、建筑风貌与特征、平面与空间等多个层面分析郁孤台历史街区实现功能转变的基本方法、前因后果、价值效益,并从郁孤台历史街区传统民居功能转变的实例中归纳总结出一些值得借鉴的传统民居更新和保护策略。The paper analyzes the functional transformation of traditional dwellings in Ganzhou under modern living conditions,taking the historical district of Yugutai in Ganzhou City as an example.It analyzes the causes and consequences,values and benefits of the functional transformation of the Yugutai Historic District in terms of historical background,tourism development,architectural style and characteristics,and plan and space,and extracts some worthy strategies for the renewal and conservation of traditional houses from the examples of functional transformation of the Yugutai Historic District.
