摘　　要：目的 了解全国医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理现状,为贯彻落实WS310.1-2016《医院消毒供应中心第1部分:管理规范》,提出科学依据及参考。方法 依据规范要求自行设计问卷调查表,于2021年10月18日—22日从31个省、自治区、直辖市抽取二、三级医院CSSD护士长/主任为调查对象,采用问卷星以微信形式填写问卷。结果 调查2 271所医院的消毒供应中心,96.21%的医院复用医疗器械实行消毒供应中心集中管理,87.36%的医院实施全部手术器械处置集中由CSSD管理的工作模式。有86.53%的消毒供应中心由护理部直接管理,64.77%医院消毒供应中心护理人员占比>50%。26.38%的医院配备下排气压力蒸汽灭菌器,35.27%的医院配置环氧乙烷灭菌器。3.61%的医院配置低温蒸汽甲醛灭菌器;69.76%医院提供水处理设备说明书。88.11%的消毒供应中心对集中处理的无菌物品实现质量追溯管理,有51.87%的CSSD实现信息化质量追溯。41.08%的消毒供应中心提供院外消毒灭菌服务。结论 我国消毒供应中心执行集中化管理程度较高,清洗消毒灭菌干燥设备配置比例较高,信息化质量追溯系统管理有待提高,有能力提供院外清洗消毒灭菌服务的消毒供应中心进行安全风险评估后可以提供此项服务,为无菌物品质量提供保障。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of management of central sterile supply department(CSSD)of the hospitals in China so as to propose scientific bases and reference for carrying out WS 310.1-2016'Hospital Central Sterile Supply Department Part 1:Management Standards'.METHODS The questionnaire was designed based on the re-quirements for the standards.The head nurses or directors of CSSD were recruited from secondary and tertiary hospitals of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities of China from Oct 18,2021 to Oct 22,2021.The questionnaire was filled out by Wenjuanxin of Wechat.RESULTS Among 2271 hospitals of which the CSSD were included in the sur-vey,96.21%carried out the centralized management of reusable medical instruments in the CSSD,and 87.36%carried out the working mode of centralized disposal of all surgical instruments in the CSSD.The CSSD of 86.53%of the hospi-tals were directly under the management of nursing department,the percentage of CSSD nursing staff of 64.44%of the hospitals was more than 50%.26.36%of the hospitals were equipped with lower exhaust pressure steam sterilizers,and 35.27%of the hospitals were equipped with ethylene oxide sterilizers.3.61%of the hospitals were equipped with low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilizers.69.76%of the hospitals offered the specifications of water treatment equip-ment.The CSSD of 88.11%of the hospitals achieved the quality tracing management of aseptic articles with centralized treatment,and the CSSD of 51.87%of the hospitals achieved the informatization quality tracing.The CSSD of 41.08%of the hospitals offered the out-hospital disinfection and sterilization service.CONCLUSION The centralized management is widely carried out in the CSSD of China,the percentage of the hospitals with cleaning,disinfection,sterilization and dr-ying equipment is relatively high.The management of informatization quality tracing system needs to be improved.The CSSD capable for offering the out-hospital cleaning,disinfection and sterilization service can off
