“双高计划”背景下我国高职院校体育教师职业能力提升策略研究

摘　　要：2019年教育部、财政部印发了《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》(以下简称“双高计划”),提出“集中力量建设50所左右高水平高等职业学校和150个左右高水平专业群”。“双高计划”对于中国高职院校既是机遇也是挑战,也对高职院校教师职业能力提出了更高的要求。体育教师作为高职院校体育课程教学的主要实施者和组织者,其职业能力水平对于高职院校体育课程的教学质量和培养目标的实现具有重要影响。该文在“双高计划”建设背景下,对中国高职院校体育教师职业能力提升策略进行研究,以提高高职院校体育教师的专业素养和教学水平,为中国高职院校应用型专业技能人才培养贡献力量。ln 2019,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance issued the Opinions on Implementing the Construction Plan of High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialties with China Characteristics(hereinafter referred to as the"Doublehigh Plan"),which"concentrate on building about 50 high-level vocational schools and about 150 high-level professional groups""Double High Plan"is both an opportunity and a challenge for higher vocational colleges in China,and it also puts forward higher requirements for teachers'professional ability in higher vocational colleges.Physical education teachers,as the main implementers and organizers of training physical education courses in higher vocational colleges,have an important influence on the teaching quality and the realization of training objectives of physical education courses in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of"Double High Plan"construction,this paper studies the strategies to improve the professional ability of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges in China,so as to improve their professional quality and teaching level,contributing to the cultivation of applied professional skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in China.
