摘 要:高碱度烧结矿因具有良好的粉化还原率以及软熔性能而被用于高炉冶炼,但其含有的铁酸钙含量和不同形态会对烧结矿的质量和性能产生较大影响。文章研究了烧结时间对烧结矿中铁酸钙含量和形态的影响,以及铁酸钙含量及形态对烧结矿低温粉化性能以及还原性的影响。随着烧结时间的增加,烧结矿中抗压强度较高的针状铁酸钙含量逐渐降低,从而导致烧结矿力学性能逐渐下降。烧结过程中赤铁矿逐渐转变为磁铁矿,内应力有所升高,导致烧结矿更容易粉化和破碎。A high-basic sinter is used in blast furnace smelting because of its good performance in pulverization reduction rate and soft melting performance.However,the content and different forms of calcium ferrite in sinter will greatly impact the quality and performance of sinter.Therefore,it is vitally valuable to study the influence law of calcium ferrite content and morphology on the properties of sintered ores.In the paper,the influence of sintering time on the content and morphology of calcium ferrite in sintered ore was investigated.The effects of calcium ferrite content and morphology on low-temperature pulverization performance and reducibility of sinter were also studied.With the increase of sintering time,the content of acicular calcium ferrite with high compressive strength in sinter decreases gradually,which leads to the decrease of mechanical properties of sinter.The sintering process will gradually transform hematite into magnetite,which will increase the internal stress and make the sinter easier to pulverize and break.
