摘 要:文章针对现有干熄焦系统进行改进,提出一种回收干熄焦一次除尘器焦粉余热的方法,即通过焦粉余热加热副省煤器前的除盐水,将焦粉余热引入除氧给水系统中,既改善了焦粉冷却套管冷却水质,又节约了除氧用蒸汽消耗量,创造了经济价值。同时,详细介绍了焦粉回收的工艺改进方法与回收余热的计算方法,为干熄焦一次除尘器焦粉余热利用的理论研究与工程应用提供参考。The article proposes an improvement on the existing CDQ system and a method for recovering the residual heat of coke powder from the CDQ primary dust collector.By heating the desalinated water in front of the secondary economizer with the residual heat of coke powder,the residual heat of coke powder is introduced into the deoxygenation water supply system.This not only improves the cooling water quality of the coke powder cooling sleeve,but also saves the consumption of deoxygenation steam and creates economic value.At the same time,the article provides a detailed introduction to the process improvement method for coke powder recovery and the calculation method for waste heat recovery,providing theoretical research and engineering application reference for the research on the utilization of coke powder waste heat in the CDQ primary dust collector.
