摘 要:针对微差压仪器失灵和蒸发冷却器喷枪布置不合理而影响一次除尘效果的难题,采用AI火焰分析代替微差压与除尘风机转速联锁技术,并对蒸发冷却器喷枪进行优化布置,经过应用实践表明不仅转炉煤气品质提高,而且回收量提高7%、除尘风机电耗降低3%,同时蒸发冷却器结垢速率由40 mm/月降至10 mm/月。In view of the problem that the micro-differential pressure instrument failure and the unreasonable arrangement of evaporative cooler spray gun affect the primary dust removal effect,AI flame analysis is adopted to replace the interlock technology of micro-differential pressure and dust removal fan speed,and optimize the arrangement of evaporative cooler spray gun.The application practice shows that not only the converter gas quality is improved,but also the recovery amount is increased by 7%,and the power consumption of dust removal fan is reduced by 3%.At the same time,the scaling rate of the evaporative cooler is reduced from 40 mm/month to 10 mm/month.
