摘　　要：目的探讨吴茱萸敷脐对腹部手术患者术后胃肠运动功能和胃肠激素分泌的影响。方法将接受腹部手术的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。观察组术后在对照组常规治疗的基础上予以吴茱萸敷脐治疗,比较两组患者术后胃肠运动功能、胃肠激素分泌和营养状况恢复情况。结果观察组患者腹部术后肛门排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及进食时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组患者术后血清胃泌素水平、胃动素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部手术后给予吴茱萸敷脐,能够促进患者胃肠功能恢复,其作用机制可能与其调节胃肠激素分泌有关。Objective To investigate the effects of umbilical compress therapy with Tetradium ruticarpum on gastrointestinal motility and hormone secretion after abdominal surgery.Methods Eighty patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group received umbilical compress therapy with T.ruticarpum in addition to the conventional treatment for the control group.Postoperative gastrointestinal motility and hormone secretion and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly shorter time to first flatus,time to first defecation,time to first bowel sound,and time to diet than the control group(P<0.05).Serum gastrin and motilin levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical compress therapy with T.ruticarpum following abdominal surgery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,possibly through regulating the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones.
