摘  要:现代各种动力装置对动力性能的要求越来越高,因此就要求汽油机不断提高其强化程度。汽油机强化程度的主要动力指标是升功率,使用增压器提高平均有效压力是提高升功率的有效途径。对于汽油发动机增压预控的标定,需要确保发动机在不同工况下实际增压压力与目标增压压力尽可能保持一致,及时响应动力请求并保证平顺性。研究了一种汽油发动机增压预控模型的策略及标定方法。当汽油发动机运行在增压工况时,在涡轮前后的压比一定时增压器占空比与流经废气旁通阀的流量具有一定线性关系。因此准确计算得到流经废气旁通阀的流量及涡轮前后的压比,即可保证发动机的增压预控模型精度。Modern power plants have higher and higher requirements for power performance,so gasoline engine is required to continuously improve its strengthening degree.The main power index of gasoline engine strengthening degree is power per liter cylinder volume.Using turbocharger to increase average effective pressure is an effective way to increase power per liter cylinder volume.For the calibration of boost pre-control of gasoline engine,it is necessary to ensure that the actual boost pressure of the engine under different working conditions is consistent with the target boost pressure as much as possible,timely respond to power request and ensure smoothness.This paper studies the calibration method and strategy of gasoline engine boost pre-control model.When the gasoline engine is running under boost condition and the pressure ratio before and after the turbine is constant,the duty cycle of the turbocharger has a certain linear relationship with the flow through the wastegate.Therefore,accurate calculation of the flow through the wastegate and the pressure ratio between the turbine can ensure the accuracy of the engine boost pre-control model.
