摘  要:随着双碳政策的推进,甲醇作为燃料应用于内燃机,具有更为积极的意义。经过多年的技术攻关,我国甲醇内燃机的开发取得了很大的突破和进展,但也面临着一些技术难题,需要从业者踏踏实实地做好技术攻关工作。因甲醇具有高汽化潜热及低蒸汽压的燃料特性,容易造成甲醇燃料蒸发困难、缸内温度较低,导致发动机冷起动困难。从甲醇燃料雾化和蒸发机理着手,通过不同的方案设计及试验开发,最终找出甲醇发动机直接起动的最佳方案。With the promotion of dual carbon policy,as a fuel used in internal combustion engine,methanol has more positive significance.After years of technical research,China has made great breakthroughs and progress in the development of methanol internal combustion engine,but it also faces some technical problems,which require practitioners to do a solid job in technical research.Because methanol has the fuel characteristics of high latent heat of vaporization and low vapor pressure,it is easy to cause methanol fuel evaporation difficulty and low temperature in cylinder,which leads to the difficulty of cold starting of engine.Starting from the mechanism of methanol fuel atomization and evaporation,through different scheme design and experimental development,the best scheme of methanol engine direct starting is found out finally.
