摘 要:当汽油机排放的尾气中氧气浓度过低时,经催化器处理后的尾气仍有大量一氧化碳(CO)和碳氢化合物(HC)残余排出,从而对大气造成污染,因此在催化前需要及时调整氧气浓度。同时汽油机在试验间进行试验时,由于工况比较恶劣,导致整车的催化器失效,从而造成尾气浓度超标,因此需要对发动机尾气进行二次净化。通过设计一种在线式氧传感器以及电动补气阀,可在氧浓度不足时及时补充所需氧气,使空燃比达到三元催化转化器的有效工作区间。同时在后段增加了氧化型催化反应器,在三元催化器失效时,对尾气中的有害成分:HC和CO进行二次处理,从而降低尾气排放超标的风险。When the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas emitted by gasoline engine is too low,the carbon monoxide(CO)and hydrocarbon(HC)after catalytic converter treatment still have a large amount of residual and cause atmospheric pollution,so it is necessary to adjust the oxygen concentration in time before catalysis.At the same time,during the test of the gasoline engine in the laboratory,the catalytic converter failure of the vehicle resulted in the exhaust concentration exceeding the standard due to the poor working condition,so the engine exhaust gas needs to be purified twice.In this paper,an on-line oxygen sensor and an electric air valve are designed,which can timely replenish the required oxygen when the oxygen concentration is insufficient,so that the air-fuel ratio can reach the effective working interval of the three-way catalytic converter.In addition,an oxidized catalytic reactor is added in the latter section to carry out secondary treatment of the harmful components of hydrocarbon(HC)and carbon monoxide(CO)in the tail gas when the three-way catalytic converter fails,so as to reduce the risk of excessive tail gas emission.
