摘  要:某顶置直喷喷油器发动机在NVH试验过程中发现,怠速时发动机顶部有明显的“哒哒音”噪声;为了解决此问题,通过对故障发动机进行数据采集、分析原因并进行数据优化,最终锁定原因为电磁式GDI喷油器工作过程中针阀撞击产生的声音。为了降低喷油器“哒哒音”噪声,对喷油器的驱动信号进行适当的调整,并通过试验验证可以改善发动机噪声排放。In the process of NVH test of a top direct injection injector engine,it is found that there is obvious"clicking sound"at the top of the engine when idling.In order to solve this problem,the engine fault data was collected,optimized,and analyzed.The reason was finally locked as the voice of the collision of the needle valve in the process of the work of electromagnetic GDI fuel injector.In order to reduce the fuel injector"little sound"noise,the fuel injector drive signal was adjusted.It's verified via test that the engine noise emission was improved.
