摘　　要：基于汽车门盖类零件开卷落料模和拉深模在传统开发方式中存在无法实现柔性共用的缺点,研发了针对开卷落料模的切断分离共用模座和1套针对拉深模的标准模座,分析了这2种结构的特点以及相较于传统结构的优势,并举例进行实际应用说明。通过这2种结构实现了成形类模具的柔性共用,降低了模具开发成本,提高了工作效率。Based on the shortcomings that uncoiling blanking die and drawing die for automobile door cover parts cannot realize flexible sharing in the traditional development mode,it developed a cutting and separating common die base for uncoiling blanking die and a set of standard die base for drawing die.The characteristics of these two kinds of structure and advantages which com⁃pared with traditional structure were analyzed,and examples were taken for practical application.Based on these two structures,the flexible sharing of die was realized.
