摘　　要：结合公司在Teamcenter系统设计、工艺一体化平台上工艺设计实施情况,以实际型号标准件系列产品工艺设计为背景,对实施和应用细节进行详细的分析和研究,阐述了设计工艺一体化平台针对标准件系列工艺规程设计的软件功能和实施过程中的关键技术,提出了在企业技术工艺数据源头平台建设实施过程中应注意的问题,通过平台功能的实施,为企业后续实现标准件产品全生命周期数字化管理打下坚实基础,提升标准件系列化工艺设计效率,同时满足全要素工艺数据结构化,在软件功能上融入工艺标准化管理模式,在提升工艺设计效率的同时兼顾了工艺规范性和统一性。Based on the company's implementation of process design on the Teamcenter system design and process integration platform,with the actual model standard part series product process design as the background,a detailed analysis and study of implementation and application details were conducted.The software functions and key technologies in the implementation process of the design process integration platform for the standard part series process specification design were elaborated.The issues that should be paid attention to during the construction and implementation of the enterprise technology process data source platform have been proposed.Through the implementation of platform functions,a solid foundation has been laid for the enterprise to achieve digital management of the entire lifecycle of standard parts products,improve the efficiency of standardized process design,and meet the structural requirements of all element process data.The process standardization management mode has been integrated into software functions.While improving process design efficiency,it also takes into account process standardization and uniformity.
