摘  要:当前传统化石能源价格起伏不定,化石燃料污染问题日益突出。可再生清洁能源作为传统化石能源的最佳替代品逐渐受到重视,而具有总量大、分布广、应用形式多样、无污染、可持续等优点的太阳能光伏发电更是受到高度重视,太阳能光伏发电产业链上下游也得到蓬勃发展,太阳能电池生产需求潜能巨大,然而太阳能电池生产项目通常能耗较高。本文通过研究某年产3GW太阳能高效电池光伏项目的产品特性、工艺水平、能效水平、节能措施等多方特性来挖掘太阳能电池生产项目的节能潜力,为太阳能电池生产企业提高节能管理及技术水平提供参考。Currently,the prices of traditional fossil fuels are fluctuating,and the problem of fossil fuel pollution is becoming increasingly prominent.Renewable clean energy,as the best alternative to traditional fossil fuels,is gradually receiving attention,and solar photovoltaic power generation,which has the advantages of large quantity,wide distribution,diverse application forms,no pollution,and sustainability,is highly valued.The upstream and downstream of the solar photovoltaic power generation industry chain have also flourished,and the potential demand for solar cell production is enormous.However,solar cell production projects usually consume high energy.This article explores the energy-saving potential of a solar cell production project by studying the product characteristics,process level,energy efficiency level,energy-saving measures,and other characteristics of a 3GW high-efficiency solar cell photovoltaic project.It provides reference for solar cell production enterprises to improve their energy-saving management and technical level.
