摘 要:BIM技术在公路工程项目管理中的应用为整个工程生命周期提供了全方位的支持。主要分析BIM的可视化交底、自动算量、模拟施工和碰撞检测等特征,实现了设计、施工和运维的高效协同。得出BIM技术在初设阶段带来直接成本节省、设计时间缩短等显著优势,同时通过全过程的参与,提升了项目的最终质量。BIM在工程量清单自动生成、施工过程模拟、碰撞检测等方面的功能,显著提高了项目管理的效率和准确性。本研究展示了BIM技术在公路工程中的实际应用,为未来公路工程项目管理提供了有力的参考和指导。The application of BIM technology in highway engineering project management provides comprehensive support for the entire project lifecycle.This article mainly analyzed the visual disclosure,automatic calculation,simulated construction,and collision detection features of BIM,achieving efficient collaboration between design,construction,and operation.BIM technology has brought significant advantages such as direct cost savings and shortened design time in the initial design stage,while improving the final quality of the project through full process participation.The functions of BIM in automatic generation of bill of quantities,construction process simulation,collision detection,etc.have significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of project management.This study demonstrates the practical application of BIM technology in highway engineering,providing strong reference and guidance for future highway engineering project management.
