摘 要:为了减少数字化制造企业由于人因失误而产生的各类事故,从人机交互的角度,构建影响机制模型。将人机界面复杂度分为界面显示复杂度以及界面控制复杂度,以认知负荷和生理负荷为中介变量,发放问卷获取一线操作员工数据,用SPSS和AMOS对数据进行回归分析,探究人机界面复杂度对人因失误产生的影响。结果表明:界面显示复杂度和控制复杂度均会对人因失误产生正向影响;认知负荷以及生理负荷在人机界面复杂度与人因失误之间起中介作用。In order to reduce all kinds of accidents due to human errors in digital manufacturing enterprises,an influence mechanism model is constructed from the perspective of human-machine interaction.The complexity of human-machine interface is divided into interface display complexity and interface control complexity,and cognitive load and physiological load are taken as mediating variables,questionnaires are distributed to obtain the data of frontline operating employees,and regression analysis is carried out on the data with SPSS and AMOS to explore the influence of human-machine interface complexity on human errors.The results showed that interface display complexity and control complexity positively affected human errors;cognitive load and physiological load mediated the relationship between human-machine interface complexity and human errors.
