摘 要:【目的】微泡沫钻井液是一种热力学不稳定体系。在复杂的地层环境中,钻井液的稳定性会下降,导致微泡沫钻井液的使用范围受到限制。为了稳定微泡沫钻井液,通常使用稳泡剂来增强泡沫的稳定性。随着对纳米颗粒研究的深入,发现纳米二氧化硅颗粒具有稳定泡沫的作用。本研究通过试验来对纳米二氧化硅颗粒进行研究。【方法】首先,以泡沫半衰期和发泡量为指标来验证纳米二氧化硅对泡沫稳定性的影响。其次,将纳米二氧化硅添加到微泡沫钻井液中,用来研究纳米二氧化硅对微泡沫钻井液性能的影响。【结果】由试验结果可知,纳米二氧化硅能极大增强微泡沫的稳定性,与未添加纳米二氧化硅的表面活性剂溶液相比,添加纳米二氧化硅后的半衰期增加60 min。在微泡沫钻井液中加入纳米二氧化硅后,钻井液的稳定性增加、流变性良好、黏度增加、失水降低。【结论】纳米二氧化硅在增强泡沫稳定性上具有显著作用,将其应用到微泡沫钻井液中,能有效提高钻井液的稳定性,降低钻井液的失水量,从而发挥出钻井液的良好性能。未来可以使用纳米二氧化硅来代替钻井液材料,能有效降低钻井液成本。[Purposes]Micro-foam drilling fluid is a thermodynamically unstable system.In the complex formation environment,the stability of drilling fluid will decrease,resulting in the limited use of micro-foam drilling fluid.In order to stabilize the micro-foam drilling fluid,foam stabilizers are usually used to enhance the stability of the foam.With the in-depth study of nanoparticles,it has been found that nano-silica particles have the effect of stabilizing foam.In this study,nano-silica particles were studied by ex-periments.[Methods]Firstly,the effect of nano-silica on foam stability was verified by foam half-life and foaming amount.Secondly,nano-silica was added to micro-foam drilling fluid to study the effect of nano-silica on the performance of micro-foam drilling fluid.[Findings]The results showed that nano-silica could greatly enhance the stability of micro-foam.Compared with the surfactant solution without nano-silica,the half-life of nano-silica increased by 60 min.After adding nano-silica to the micro-foam drilling fluid,the stability of the drilling fluid increases,the rheology is good,the viscosity in-creases,and the water loss decreases.[Conclusions]Nano-silica has a significant effect on enhancing foam stability,so applying it to micro-foam drilling fluid can effectively improve the stability of high drilling fluid and reduce the water loss of drilling fluid,thus exerting the good performance of drilling fluid.In the future,nano-silica can be used instead of drilling fluid materials,which can effectively re-duce the cost of drilling fluid.
