摘　　要：目的探讨左旋甲状腺素抑制疗法治疗女性桥本甲状腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年4月滕州市东郭中心卫生院收治的60例女性桥本甲状腺炎患者,按照投掷硬币法分为参照组(30例)与研究组(30例)。参照组采用甲状腺片治疗,研究组采用左旋甲状腺素抑制疗法。比较两组甲状腺自身抗体水平、甲状腺功能指标和不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,两组抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体和抗甲状腺过氧化酶抗体水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项甲状腺功能指标均优于治疗前,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素抑制疗法治疗女性桥本甲状腺炎的临床效果确切,可改善甲状腺自身抗体水平及甲状腺功能指标,且具有安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levothyroxine inhibition therapy in the treatment of female Hashimoto thyroiditis.Methods A total of 60 female patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis admitted to Dongguo Central Health Center of Tengzhou City from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to the coin throwing method.The reference group was treated with Thyroid Tablets,and the study group was treated with levothyroxine inhibition therapy.The levels of thyroid autoantibodies,thyroid function indexes and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of anti-thyroglobulin antibody and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,all thyroid function indexes in both groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine inhibition therapy is effective in the treatment of female Hashimoto thyroiditis,which can improve the levels of thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid function indexes with safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
