摘  要:目的探讨个性化干预对早产儿体格、智能和神经运动功能发育的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2022年11月于徐州市妇幼保健院出生的84例早产儿,通过随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予个性化干预,比较两组的体格发育、智能发育、神经运动发育情况。结果观察组6、12月龄身长、体重、头围优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6、12月龄盖塞尔发展量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6、12月龄智能发育指数、心理运动发育指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化干预能够促进早产儿体格、智能和神经运动功能发育,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of personalized intervention on the development of physical,mental and neuromotor function in preterm infants.Methods A total of 84 preterm infants born in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional intervention,and the observation group was given personalized intervention.The physical development,mental development and neuromotor development of the two groups were compared.Results The infants in the observation group exhibited enhanced growth parameters,with significant improvements in body length,weight,and head circumference at both the 6-month and 12-month mark post birth,as compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group demonstrated superior developmental scores across all assessed domains of the Gesell developmental schedules at 6 and 12 months of age,indicating a higher level of cognitive and neuromotor functioning than the control group(P<0.05).The mental developmental index and psychomotor developmental index in the observation group at the age of 6 and 12 months were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized intervention can promote the development of physical,mental and neuromotor function in preterm infants,which is worth popularizing.
