摘　　要：目的探讨小儿青翘颗粒联合抗病毒疗法治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月烟台经济技术开发区福莱山社区卫生服务中心儿科收治的80例上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组采用抗病毒治疗,观察组采用小儿青翘颗粒联合抗病毒治疗,比较两组症状积分与炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组症状积分与C反应蛋白、白介素-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿青翘颗粒联合抗病毒疗法治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果显著,可缓解症状,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiao’er Qingqiao Granules combined with antiviral therapy in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 80 children with upper respiratory tract infection in Department of Pediatrics,Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone Fulaishan Community Health Service Center from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received antiviral therapy,and the observation group received Xiao’er Qingqiao Granules combined with antiviral therapy.The symptom scores and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores,levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Qingqiao Granules combined with antiviral therapy in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children has remarkable clinical effect,which can relieve symptoms and reduce inflammation reaction,and is worth promoting.
