自拟通鼻益肺汤联合雷火灸治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察自拟通鼻益肺汤联合雷火灸治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月国药医疗(潍坊)医院收治的76例腺样体肥大患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组38例。对照组接受自拟通鼻益肺汤治疗,实验组接受自拟通鼻益肺汤联合雷火灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组鼻塞、流涕、打鼾症状积分均降低,且实验组鼻塞、流涕、打鼾症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟通鼻益肺汤联合雷火灸治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床效果显著,能够促进症状的缓解,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods A total of 76 children with adenoid hypertrophy in National Pharmaceutical Medical Hospital,Weifang from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction,while the experimental group was treated with self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose and snoring decreased in both groups,and the symptom scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose and snoring in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-formulated Tongbi Yifei Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion treating adenoid hypertrophy in children has significant clinical effect,which can promote the relief of symptoms and is worth promoting.
