小儿推拿联合艾灸神阙穴在脾虚泄泻患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿联合艾灸神阙穴在脾虚泄泻患儿中的应用。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月于博兴县曹王中心卫生院就诊的52例脾虚泄泻患儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组26例。对照组给予蒙脱石散,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿推拿联合艾灸神阙穴,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组泄泻缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿联合艾灸神阙穴在脾虚泄泻患儿中的应用效果显著,能够加快症状缓解,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of infantile massage combined with moxa-wool moxibustion at Shenque point in children with spleen deficiency diarrhea.Methods A total of 52 children with spleen deficiency diarrhea in Caowang Central Health Center in Boxing County from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given Montmorillonite Powder,and the observation group was given infantile massage combined with moxa-wool moxibustion at Shenque point on the basis of control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The relief time for diarrhea in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Infantile massage combined with moxa-wool moxibustion at Shenque point in children with spleen deficiency diarrhea has significant application effect,which can accelerate the relief of symptoms and is worth promoting.
