摘　　要：目的探讨排尿功能训练对预防产后尿潴留的效果。方法选取2022年11月至2023年7月在南京医科大学附属江宁医院进行分娩的200例产妇作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例。对照组给予常规产科护理,观察组在此基础上联合排尿功能训练,比较两组产后尿潴留发生情况、盆底肌张力。结果观察组产后尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);产后两组前静息阶段、后静息阶段肌电值高于产前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论排尿功能训练能够有效预防产后尿潴留的发生,促进产妇盆底肌张力的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of urination function training on the prevention of postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women who delivered in the Jiangning Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from November 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group was given urination function training on this basis.The incidence of postpartum urinary retention and pelvic floor muscle tension were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The electromyography values in the pre-rest and post-rest stages of the two groups after delivery were higher than those before delivery,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Urination function training can effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention and promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension.
