摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴对经阴道分娩初产妇产后疼痛程度、舒适度及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2023年1月至6月无锡市妇幼保健院的80例经阴道分娩初产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规产后护理,干预组在对照组基础上采用穴位敷贴,比较两组产后疼痛程度、舒适度及护理满意度。结果干预组产后24、48、72 h的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴可缓解经阴道分娩初产妇的产后疼痛,提高其舒适度和护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture point application on postpartum pain,comfort degree and nursing satisfaction of primiparas undergoing vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 80 primiparas undergoing vaginal delivery in Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into the control group and the intervention group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received the routine postpartum care,and the intervention group received acupuncture point application on the basis of the control group.The degree of postpartum pain,comfort degree and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores at 24,48 and 72 hours postpartum of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of comfort degree in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture point application can alleviate postpartum pain of primiparas undergoing vaginal delivery,improve their comfort degree and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
