摘 要:基于城市可持续发展的需要,居住区风环境受到了建筑从业者的高度重视。在严寒地区,风环境既需考虑夏季通风,又需考虑冬季防风,给该地区住区风环境改善增加了难度,但目前相应研究较少。由于水体会对风环境产生影响,滨江住区的风环境需特别关注。为此,研究以哈尔滨松花江南岸滨江住区为例,采用Fluent模拟研究了滨江住区布局与风环境的关系。基于滨江住区中53个居住地块的风环境模拟结果,发现高层布局的风环境优于其他垂直向布局。除高层布局外,在水平向布局中,混合式布局优于行列式布局;而围合式布局则因不满足夏季通风,其风环境最差。此外,道路走向、建筑密度、容积率、建筑位置、建筑与江岸夹角等要素均对住区风环境有一定的影响。Based on the requirements for urban sustainable development,the wind environment of residential quarters has been paid more attention.In the severe cold region,the wind environment need to consider both ventilation in summer and wind protection in winter,which makes it more difficult to improve the wind environment of residential quarters in the cold region.Moreover,there is less research on this aspect.And due to the impact of water on the wind environment,the wind environment in riverside residential quarters needs great attention.Therefore,this paper takes the riverside residential quarters of Songhua River in Harbin as an example to explore the relationship between the layout of the riverside residential district and the wind environment by using Fluent for simulation.It is found that the wind environment of the high-rise layout is better than that of other vertical layouts based on the wind environment simulation results of 53 residential blocks in the riverside residential district.And in addition to the high-rise layout,for the horizontal layout,the mixed-type layout is better than the row-by-row layout,while the wind environment of the enclosed layout is the worst because it does not meet the summer ventilation requirements.Moreover,factors such as road direction,building density,floor area ratio,building location,and angle between the building and the river shoreline have an impact on the wind environment of the residential district.
