摘  要:文章以武汉轨道交通5号线复兴路站为依托,针对上部为黏土、粉土等软土,下部为中风化石英砂岩等硬岩的地质状况,综合多种必选成槽施工工艺及其组合工艺,最终选择液压抓斗+双轮铣组合施工地下连续墙槽段,探寻液压抓斗与双轮铣如何配合衔接,能够快速成槽。通过实践,最终达到在上软下硬地层中快速成槽的效果,形成一套成熟的快速成槽施工工艺,为今后类似施工工况提供借鉴。This paper takes Fuxing Road Station of Wuhan Railway Line 5 as the basis,for the geological condition that the upper part is soft soil such as clay and silt,and the lower part is hard rock such as medium-weathered quartz sandstone,comprehensively selects a variety of trenching construction techniques and their combination,and ultimately chooses the combination of hydraulic grapple+double-wheel milling to construct underground diaphragm wall trench,and explores how to cooperate with the hydraulic grab and double-wheel milling to make the trench fast.Through practice,it finally achieves the effect of rapid trenching in upper soft and lower hard strata,and forms a set of mature rapid trenching construction technology,which provides a reference for similar construction conditions in the future.
