户外拓展训练理念下高校体育教学模式改革分析

摘　　要：在中国教育深化发展背景下,“五育并举”的教育理念深入人心,高校体育教学也随之发生了变化,取得了一定成效,但是依然存在一些问题。户外拓展训练作为一种能够锻炼学生身心素质、促进学生综合发展的模式,亟待推广和发展。因此该文旨在探究户外拓展训练理念下高校体育教学模式,概括了户外拓展训练的发展流变以及主要内容等,围绕教学目标、教学内容、教学方式以及教学评价等层面提出了户外拓展训练理念下高校体育教学模式改革路径。In the context of the deepening development of education in China,the educational concept of"the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education"is deeply rooted in people's hearts,and the physical education teaching in colleges and universities has also changed and achieved certain results,but there are still some problems,outdoor development training as a mode that can exercise students'physical and mental quality and promote students'comprehensive development,needs to be promoted and developed.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the physical education mode of colleges and universities under the concept of outdoor development training,first summarizes the development and main contents of outdoor development training,and puts forward the reform path of college physical education teaching mode under the concept of outdoor development training around the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.
