摘　　要：大学生社会化是适应和融入社会的表现,社会化效果的优劣将会直接影响学生的个性发展以及健康成长。体育是高校学生必修的科目,是一项实践性和交互性均比较强的学科。学生在探索和学习体育文化知识的过程中,个人的多种能力都会得到锻炼,包含沟通协作能力、抗挫折能力等。体育知识的学习还提升学生身体素质,帮助学生构建健康的心理,助力其更好实现社会化发展,进而为学生的健康成长和发展提供行之有效的保障。The socialization of college students is the manifestation of adapting and integrating into society,and the quality of the socialization effect will directly affect the personality development and healthy growth of students.As a compulsory subject for college students,physical education is a subject with strong practicality and interaction.In the process of exploring and learning sports cultural knowledge,students can exercisetheirvarious abilities,including communication and co operation ability,anti-frustration ability,etc.The study of sports knowledge can also improve students'physical quality and help them build a healthy psychology,and help them achieve better developmentof socialization,thus providing effective guarantee for the healthy growth and development of students.
