摘 要:电机风路风阻大小和温升变化直接影响电机的性能和整体结构。经大量计算研究,大型异步电机定转子风道宽度对电机风路风阻和温升变化有重大影响。本文研究定转子在对齐风道,且保持总风道通风面积不变的情况下,探究风道宽度对电机风路风阻和温升的影响,寻求最优风道宽度。经研究验证,风道宽度并非越大越好,经过多个风道宽度测算,8 mm为电机最优风道宽度。The overall structure of the performance of the motor is directly affected by wind resistance and temperature rise of the motor wind circuit0x09.After a lot of calculation experience,The width duct of stator and rotor on large asynchronous motor has great influence on the air resistance and temperature rise of the motor.When the stator and rotor are aligned with air ducts and the ventilation area of the total air duct is kept constant and the widths of the air ducts are 6mm,8mm and 12 mm,respectively,the influence of duct width on the resistance and temperature rise of motor duct is explored in this paper so as to to seek the optimal air duct width.It has been verified by research that the larger the air duct width is not the better.After multiple studies on the air duct widths,8 mm is the optimal air duct width of the motors which have been studied.
