摘　　要：韩国与北大西洋公约组织(简称“北约”)之间的安全合作虽不久远,但发展迅速。特别是近年,随着中美战略博弈加剧,以及北约不断转向亚太,双方安全合作进一步升级,合作领域不断深化,合作机制得到加强,合作对象日益拓展。双方基于利益需求相互借重,势必加剧朝鲜半岛紧张局势,恶化中国周边安全环境,给中韩关系带来冲击。双方安全合作势必推动北约“亚太化”趋势。该趋势促进跨大西洋和跨太平洋间形成更深层次勾连,利于美国推动“两洋战略”联动效应,在欧亚大陆两端形成对中俄的“双压制”态势。双方安全合作同时助推亚太“北约化”,以北约亚太伙伴国为基础,亚太地区可能出现类似于北约的多边安全联盟。The security cooperation between ROK and NATO has developed rapidly.Especially in recent years with the intensification of the strategic competition between China and the United States combined with NATO’s continuous“pivot”to the Asia-Pacif⁃ic region,security cooperation between the two sides has been further upgraded,co⁃operation areas have deepened,cooperation mechanisms have been strengthened,and cooperation target countries have been expanded.Overall,the cooperation be⁃tween these security partners has developed in depth.ROK’s active approach to NATO is not only necessary to adapt to global geopolitical and geo-economic chang⁃es,enhance its international status and realize its ambition to become a great power,but also to cater to the strategic needs of the United States,balance China’s influ⁃ence and win international support on the DPRK nuclear issue.NATO’s willingness to strengthen its security relations with ROK is closely related to its strategic transfor⁃mation,its involvement in Asia-Pacific affairs and its goal of becoming a“global NATO”.It is also the choice to serve the strategic needs of the United States,point the finger at China and establish an anti-Russian United front.The security coopera⁃tion between ROK and NATO will inevitably exacerbate the tension on the Korean Peninsula,worsen the security environment around China,and have an impact on China-ROK relations.Security cooperation between the two sides contributes to the trend of NATO’s Asia-Pacificization.This trend promotes a deeper level of security connection between the transatlantic and transpacific regions,which is conducive to the United States promoting the linkage effect of the“Two Oceans Strategy”and forming a“dual suppression”situation against China and Russia at both ends of the Eurasian continent.Security cooperation between the two sides will also promote the“NATO-ization”of the Asia Pacific region.
