摘 要:超高层建筑的开发建设、生态环保和可持续发展三者之间的平衡已逐步成为建筑业的关注要点。本文结合中建四局科创大厦项目这一实际工程案例,对超高层绿色建筑在设计阶段所采取的绿色建筑策略进行了简要的分析与阐述该项目因地制宜,充分考虑建筑设计与绿色理念相结合,在建筑本体节能、绿色节能技术、可再生能源利用等方面,运用了多项绿色设计策略,以期为超高层绿色建筑设计提供参考样板,为建筑领域绿色转型升级提供优秀示范案例。The balance between the development and construction of super high-rise buildings,the ecological environment and sustainable development has gradually become a key concern of the construction industry.This paper briefly analyzes and describes the green building strategies adopted in the design phase of the super high-rise green building by combining the actual engineering case of the Science and Innovation Building project of China Construction Bureau.The project is adapted to the local conditions,giving full consideration to the combination of architectural design and green concepts,and utilizing a number of green design strategies in terms of building energy conservation,green energy-saving technologies,and the use of renewable energy,with a view to providing a reference model for the design of ultra-high-rise green buildings,and providing an excellent demonstration case for the green transformation and upgrading of the construction sector.
