摘　　要：城镇更新在中国城市发展中扮演着重要的角色,而文旅项目作为城市更新的一部分,也受到了广泛关注。本文以皂河龙运城建设项目为例,探讨了城镇更新与文旅项目之间的紧密联系,以及绿色建造在这一背景下的重要性。通过分析皂河龙运城建设项目的案例,我们展示了如何在城镇更新过程中采取绿色建造策略与措施,以实现可持续性发展并取得成功。最后,本文提出了政策建议和未来研究方向,为城市规划与城镇更新政策的制定提供了有益的参考。Urban renewal plays an important role in the development of Chinese cities,and cultural and tourism projects,as part of urban renewal,have also received widespread attention.This paper takes the Zaohe Longyun City construction project as an example to explore the close connection between urban renewal and cultural tourism projects,as well as the importance of green construction in this context.By analyzing the case of the ZaoheLongyun City construction project,we demonstratehow to adopt green construction strategies and measures in the process of urban renewal to achieve sustainable development and success.Finally,this paperproposes policy recommendations andfuture research directions,providing useful references for the formulation of urban planning and urban renewal policies.
