摘 要:CX中心项目体量巨大,专业类型多,各类施工管线布置复杂,立体交叉作业多,管理协调难度大,安全要求高,针对以上工程施工重难点,项目管理人员通过BIM技术优化设计,利用施工质量监测机器人放样定位、校核空间尺寸,预判各专业管线的虚拟位置,保证了工程施工精度。同时创建的BIM协同平台,提升了管理效率。基于BIM技术的施工管理进行环境保护、资源节约、节能,很大程度提高了施工效率,提升了施工质量,同时为智能建造在施工中的应用提供了技术支持。CX center project volume is huge,professional types,all kinds of construction pipeline layout is complex,three-dimensional cross operation is many,management and coordination is difficult,safety requirements are high,in view of the above engineering construction difficulties,project management personnel through BIM technology to optimize the design.the use of construction quality monitoring robot lofting positioning,check the space size,predict the virtual position of each professional pipeline,to ensure the accuracy of engineering construction.At the same time,the BIM collaboration platform created has improved management efficiency.Construction management based on BIM technology carries out environmental protection,resource conservation and energy saving,which greatly improves construction efficiency and construction quality.and provides technical support for the application of intelligent construction in construction.
