摘 要:针对现有冷板流动传热仿真往往基于经验开展、缺乏对仿真模型严谨校核的问题,面向冷板流动传热仿真模型的两个重要方面,即离散网格与流动模型开展校核方法研究,一方面应用Richardson外推法对离散网格进行校核,另一方面通过将层流模型、SST k-ω、Transition k-ω以及RNG k-ε湍流模型与理论或经验关联式对比进行流动模型校核。结果表明,Richardson外推法的可获得量化的离散误差评估,有助于冷板流动传热仿真的网格优化;应用关联式能较简单地评估不同流动模型在不同条件下的适用性,同时发现Transition SST或SST k-ω在总体适用性较好。The existing simulation of flow and heat transfer in cold plate is often carried out based on experience,and there is a lack of rigorous verification of the simulation models.In this paper,two important aspects of such simulation models,namely discrete meshes and flow models,were discussed and a verification method was presented.Firstly,the Richardson extrapolation method was used to verify the discrete mesh.Secondly,the results obtained from different flow model,including laminar model,SST k-ωmodel,Transition k-ωmodel,and RNG k-εmodel,were compared with theoretical or empirical correlations for flow model verification.The results indicate that the use of Richardson extrapolation method is helpful for grid optimization in simulation of flow and heat transfer in cold plates by providing quantitative evaluation of discrete errors.In addition,the use of the correlations provides a simple method verify the applicability of the flow models under different conditions.It is also found that the Transition SST model and SST k-ωmodel results in good accuracy in a very wide range of Reynolds numbers.
