摘 要:为解决矿用掘锚机电气系统维保困难、故障率高的问题,对当前掘锚机主流电气设计原理、电缆引入装置和控制方法进行分析,选择采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为主控制器,优化并重新设计防爆电控箱。优化后的掘锚机电控箱由隔爆外壳、配电电路、本安电路、电机综合保护电路和人机交互界面组成,具有接口丰富、组装简单、编程调试方便的特点。实际应用表明,使用该电控箱的掘锚机维保方便、故障率低、掘进效率高。As the electrical system of mine digging anchor machine always encounters maintaining difficulties and mechanical failure,the mainstream electrical design principles,cable introduction devices,and control methods of current anchor digging machine are studied.At the same time,programmable logic controller is selected as the main controller,and the explosion-proof electric control box is optimized and redesigned.The optimized electrical control box for anchor digging machine is composed of external structure,distribution circuit,intrinsic safety electrical circuit,motor comprehensive protection circuit,and human-machine interface.It also has the characteristics of rich interfaces,simple assembly,and convenient programming and debugging.Practical applications have shown that the use of this electric control box for the anchor digging machine is convenient for maintenance,low in failure rate,and high in excavation efficiency.
