摘　　要：文中分析了240 t/h CFB锅炉密封浇注料失效引起水冷壁管泄漏的情况。在对锅炉进行全面检查时发现,右侧第一片水冷蒸发屏第一根管子顶棚穿墙根部有一约30 mm的破口,并且顶棚上还有4根水冷壁管漏点,其旁边有11根水冷壁管已磨损严重。进一步的检查发现,第一片水冷蒸发屏第一根管子破口正前方的顶棚水冷壁管鳍片出现大的裂缝,而其他水冷蒸发屏和屏过顶棚穿墙周围也存在大量细小裂纹。通过分析可得出结论,此些问题主要源于密封浇注料的失效局部脱落,导致水冷壁管泄漏。This paper analyzes the situation where the failure of sealing castable in 240 t/h CFB boiler leads to water wall tube leakage.During a comprehensive inspection of the boiler,it was found that there was a approximately 30 mm hole at the root of the right-side first water-cooled evaporator screen′s first tube ceiling,and there were also 4 leaking points on the ceiling,with 11 adjacent water wall tubes severely worn.Further inspection revealed a large crack in the fins of the water wall tube on the ceiling,directly in front of the hole in the first tube of the first water-cooled evaporator screen.Numerous small cracks were also found around other water-cooled evaporator screens and the ceiling where they pass through the wall.Through analysis,it can be concluded that these issues primarily stem from local detachment and failure of the sealing castable,resulting in water wall tube leakage.
