摘 要:循环流化床锅炉具有负荷调整范围宽、热惯性大、蓄热能力强等优点,其中之一是具备压火和不投油压火启动的能力。目前,根据对300 MW循环流化床锅炉的运行状况观察,它能够在压火状态下稳定运行12小时并实现不投油的启动,并且能够成功并网。随着国家新能源的大力发展,火电面临着严峻的形势,应急启停将成为一种常态。为了解决这个问题,本文对应急启停调峰进行了深入研究,并为同类型的机组应急启停调峰提供借鉴。Circulating fluidized bed boilers have the advantages of wide load adjustment range,large thermal inertia,and strong heat storage capacity.One of them is the ability to start up with fire suppression and no oil injection.At present,according to the observation of the operation status of the 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler,it can operate stably under the fire suppression state for 12 hours and can be started without oil injection,and can be successfully connected to the grid.With the vigorous development of the country′s new energy,thermal power is facing a severe situation,and emergency start-stop will become a norm.In order to solve this problem,this paper conducts an in-depth study on emergency start-stop peak regulation,and provides a reference for emergency start-stop peak regulation of similar units.
