摘　　要：ST800型燃气机组在自备电厂中,使ST800机组具备黑启动能力,能有效提高自备电厂为园区供电的稳定性,提高企业盈利能力。在对黑启动功能设计中,对厂区配电系统同步优化,合理的燃机启动次序,尤其是研究工艺系统在不同阶段的负荷情况。在满足相关规范的基础上,结合柴油机的设备性能指标,计算出最优的柴油机组容量。最终提高整个系统的可靠性和稳定性,为同类型机组提供借鉴和经验。In self-owned power plants,the ST800 gas turbine generator set is equipped with black start capability to effectively enhance the stability of power supply to the industrial park and improve the profitability of the enterprise.In the design of the black start function,the synchronization optimization of the plant's distribution system,a rational sequence for gas turbine startup,and a detailed study of the process system's load conditions at different stages are emphasized.Complying with relevant regulations and considering the performance indicators of diesel engines,the optimal capacity of the diesel generator set is calculated.Ultimately,this enhances the reliability and stability of the entire system,providing valuable insights and experience for similar units.
