摘　　要：本文探讨在新政策指导下中国皮肤科慢性疾病管理的现状与挑战,重点关注以患者为中心的服务模式,旨在为皮肤科专业人员提供有价值的见解,并指导慢性皮肤病管理未来发展。伴随着中国皮肤科医疗环境快速变化,慢性皮肤病对社会经济产生相应的影响。2023年实施的健康中国皮肤与免疫专项行动,在慢性皮肤疾病管理策略上发挥重要的引导作用。本文强调围绕患者中心理念的应用重要性,分析慢性皮肤病患者的特定需求,并探讨针对性治疗方案的发展。此外,规范化诊疗强调长期管理计划的制定与执行的重要性及其在公共健康和社会责任领域的积极作用。本文关注临床实践中的整合与创新,展望慢性皮肤病管理的未来发展趋势,着重强调政策和技术融合应用以及以患者为中心服务理念的持续推广。This article discusses the current status and challenges of chronic disease management in dermatology in China under the guidance of the new policy,with a focus on patient-centered service models,aiming to provide valuable insights for dermatology professionals and guide the future development of chronic skin disease management.With the rapid changes in the medical environment of dermatology in China,chronic skin diseases have a certain impact on the social economy.The Special action of Healthy China Skin and Immunization,implemented in 2023,plays an important guiding role in the management strategy of chronic skin diseases.To analyze the specific needs of patients with chronic skin diseases and explore the development of targeted treatment programs based on the application importance of patient-centered concept is the main aim of this artide.In addition,standardized diagnosis and treatment emphasizes the importance of the development and implementation of long-term management plans and its positive role in public health and social responsibility.This paper focuses on the integration and innovation in clinical practice,looks forward to the future development trend of chronic skin disease management,and emphasizes the integration of policy and technology,as well as the continuous promotion of the patient-centered service concept.
