摘　　要：银屑病关节炎是一种慢性炎症性疾病,可导致关节破坏、畸形,严重影响患者生活质量。随着对银屑病关节炎病理机制的深入理解,新的治疗选择不断涌现,生物制剂如TNF抑制剂、IL-17抑制剂及IL-12/23抑制剂,为治疗提供了新的方向;小分子靶向药物如JAK抑制剂也显示出对银屑病关节炎有积极的治疗效果。治疗策略需要根据患者的具体情况来个体化调整,以实现最佳治疗效果。本综述提供了一个全面的治疗概览,旨在帮助临床医生制定更有效的治疗计划,改善患者的预后。Psoriatic arthritis(PsA)is a chronic inflammatory disease that can lead to joint damage and deformity,severely compromising patients′quality of life.With a deeper understanding of the pathophysiology of PsA,new treatment options are continuously emerging.Biologic agents such as TNF inhibitors,IL-17 inhibitors,and IL-12/23 inhibitors have provided new directions for treatment,and small molecule targeted drugs like JAK inhibitors have also shown positive therapeutic effects on PsA.Treatment strategies need to be individually adjusted based on the specific conditions of the patient to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes.This review offers a comprehensive overview of treatment options,aiming to assist clinicians in developing more effective treatment plans to improve patient prognosis.
