摘 要:斑秃(alopecia areata,AA)是一种以非瘢痕性脱发为特征的自身免疫性皮肤病。尽管毛囊(HF)免疫豁免(IP)失效被认为是斑秃主要的驱动因素,但AA的确切发病机制仍不清楚。其他因素,如遗传倾向、过敏、微生物群和心理压力等,在AA的发生和发展中也发挥着重要作用。氧化应激(oxidative stress,OS)是氧化和抗氧化防御系统之间的不平衡,在皮肤疾病中起着重要作用。本综述的目的是阐明OS在AA发病机制和诊断中的作用,并讨论相关生物标记物及潜在的抗氧化治疗方案。Alopecia areata(AA)is an autoimmune skin disorder characterized by non-scarring hair loss.Despite the immune privilege(IP)failure of hair follicles(HF)being considered a primary driving factor in AA,the exact pathogenic mechanism remains unclear.Other factors such as genetic predisposition,allergies,microbial flora,andpsychological stress also play significant roles in the occurrence and development of AA.Oxidative stress(OS),an imbalance between oxidation and antioxidant defense systems,plays a crucial role in skin diseases.The purpose of this review is to elucidate the role of OS in the pathogenesis and diagnosis of AA,discussing relevant biomarkers,and potential antioxidant therapeutic approaches.
