摘　　要：目的探讨MCAT教学法在民营医疗美容机构医护人员急救能力培训中的应用效果。方法将民营医疗美容机构医护人员作为研究对象,培训前对医护人员进行摸底考核,采用MCAT教学法进行急救能力培训后对其进行考核,对比培训前后医护人员考核成绩及自我效能感。结果培训后民营医疗美容机构医生、护士、药师及检验人员考核成绩明显提高,医护人员心肺复苏、简易呼吸器及电除颤相关知识回答正确率明显提高,一般自我效能感量表得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MCAT教学法在民营医疗美容机构医护人员急救能力培训中的应用效果较好,能明显提升医护人员急救水平、应对临床意外事件的信心及培训满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of MCAT teaching method in the first aid ability training of medical staff in private medical beauty institutions.Methods The medical staff of private medical beauty institutions were selected as the research subjects.Before training,a thorough assessment was conducted on the medical staff.MCAT teaching method was used for first aid ability training,and their performance and self-efficacy were compared before and after training.Results After training,the assessment scores of doctors,nurses,pharmacists,and inspectors in private medical beauty institutions significantly improved.The accuracy of answers to knowledge related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation,simple respirators,and electrocautery among medical staff significantly improved.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the General Self Efficacy Scale(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MCAT teaching method in the first aid ability training of medical staff in private medical beauty institutions has a good effect,which can significantly improve the first aid level,confidence in responding to clinical accidents,and training satisfaction of medical staff.It is worth promoting.
